For I-Phone I-Pad users here's a couple of tips if you are not able to download the MP4's in Safari:
Option-clicking a link usually works.
Or option-enter in the url bar. That's especially convenient when you accidentally just clicked the link and it opened in the browser, because then you just do command-L followed by option-enter.
Drag & Drop to Downloads
A tip for PC Users is to right mouse click over the MP4 link and choose 'Save Target As' then choose which file to send the download to.
