For Mac users here's a couple of tips if you are not able to download the MP3's in Safari:
Control-clicking a link usually works.
Or Control-enter in the url bar. That's especially convenient when you accidentally just clicked the link and it opened in the browser, because then you just do command-L followed by control-enter.

For I-Pad and I-phone users : the equivalent to control-click or control-enter would be tap and hold.
A tip for PC Users is to right mouse click over the MP3 link and choose 'Save Target As' then choose which file to send the download to.
